Paul Williams and his team installed a heat pump for us in November, 2017. They were so professional and friendly. As soon as they arrived they got right to work. By that afternoon we had beautiful heat and you would never even realize they had been here. They left everything spotless. Paul explained how to operate the remote and how to clean the filters to my husband and me so clearly. He continues to send us e-mails to see if everything is ok and to ask if there is anything we need. Although everything is perfect, it sure is nice to know that he is available in a heartbeat if we need him. I have to say that it would be impossible to find better service anywhere. I had Williams Energy Solutions install a Heat Pump in my home late September and I have never been so pleased with a company as I was with this company. Paul Williams and his men arrived went to work as soon as they arrived and within a few hours they had my Heat Pump installed. They were so respectful of me and my home. They were so friendly and left my home so clean it was like they were never there. Before he left Paul showed me how the remote worked and explained the proper way to clean the unit. I was amazed at his follow up service, he emailed me to make sure everything was going good and asked if I needed any help or if I had any questions. I have never had a contractor do that before so it really impressed me. I would highly recommend this company and I do every time I hear somebody wonder about a Heat Pump. When Paul came to my home to provide and estimate he took the time to do a proper survey of my home and determine my requirements. We discussed several options during which Paul made several suggestions that saved me several hundred dollars. Once I settled on the Williams Energy everything was taken care of in short order and in a week the systems were installed by a very professional and properly trained technician who clearly took pride in his work.
Once installed Paul took over and walked me through the operation of the units. He explained how to get the most out of the unit and in the short time that I have had the unit I am already seeing a reduction in my heating bills.
